We've embarked on another family trip with Mona's family -- this time to San Francisco with a continuation to Lake Tahoe later in the week. This is the third time we've traveled with all eight of us -- the first trip was to Vermont when the kids were little and then about 4 years ago to Estes Park, Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park. We've rented a house in the Russian Hill neighborhood which affords us a nice view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the rooftop deck. That's a view I could get used to.
